This End User License Agreement (“Agreement’’ or “EULA’’) governs the use of the Font Software supplied by Relay Room Pte Ltd, trading as Multitudes (“Multitudes’’, “Licensor’’, “we’’, “us’’, or “our’’). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Font Software, the Licensee (“Licensee’’, “you’’, or “your’’) agrees to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all terms herein, you must not download, install, or use the Font Software.

Trial Font License Agreement

1. Purpose of this Agreement

This Agreement grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable licence to use the Multitudes Trial Fonts solely for evaluation and mock-up purposes. The Trial Fonts contain a limited character set and do not include OpenType features.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use the Trial Fonts within Your organisation exclusively for the purpose of testing and evaluating their suitability prior to purchasing a commercial licence. Permitted uses include:
→     Creating internal mock-ups, prototypes, or test digital visualisations for evaluation purposes.
→     Presenting such mock-ups or test designs to Your clients, solely for the purpose of evaluating or selecting fonts.
→     Displaying such internal or client test designs in printed materials, on the web, or in mobile applications, provided that the presentation is not commercial, public-facing, or part of a paid engagement.
→     Installing the Trial Fonts on as many devices within Your organisation as necessary to carry out evaluation activities.

 There is no time limitation for evaluation; You may use the Trial Fonts for as long as is reasonably required to decide whether to license the full version.

3. Restrictions and Non-Commercial Use

The Trial Fonts must not be used for any commercial, promotional, client, paid, or public-facing purpose. This includes, without limitation:
→ Any use that results in financial gain, whether direct or indirect.
→ Any customer projects, paid commissions, advertisements, social media posts, products, packaging, or other deliverables distributed beyond evaluation or mock-up purposes.
→ Any use in final deliverables or materials intended for sale, publication, or public release.
→ You must not distribute, sublicense, lend, or make the Trial Fonts available to any third parties external to Your organisation.

You must not modify, adapt, change the format, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, or otherwise attempt to access the source code of the Trial Fonts or the designs embodied therein.

4. Commercial Use

If You intend to use the Trial Fonts for any commercial or public purpose, You must first obtain an appropriate commercial licence from Multitudes. Full versions of the Fonts and corresponding licences can be obtained by contacting Multitudes directly.

5. Rights Reserved

You expressly acknowledge that the Trial Fonts, the Font Software, and the designs embodied therein are the exclusive property of Multitudes. All rights, title, and interest—including copyright, trademark, and design rights—are owned and retained by Multitudes.

You agree that the Trial Fonts and the design of the Trial Fonts are protected by automatic copyright upon creation and by applicable intellectual property and design laws in Singapore and other jurisdictions. The structure, organisation, and code of the Fonts are valuable trade secrets of Multitudes.

All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved to Multitudes.

6. Termination

Any breach of the terms of this Agreement shall immediately terminate Your licence without notice. Upon termination, You must discontinue all use of the Trial Fonts, delete all copies in Your possession, and certify that no copy remains under Your control.

Multitudes shall be entitled to seek any and all remedies under law or equity, including injunctive relief, without the requirement to post security or bond.

7. Disputes and Governing Law

Any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with this Agreement may, at the sole discretion of Multitudes, be referred to arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. Any award may be enforced in the courts of Singapore, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

8. Amendments

Multitudes reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. Modifications will not apply retroactively and will not invalidate previously permitted uses. The latest version of this Agreement will always be available at www. madeformultitudes.com. Continued use of the Trial Fonts after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between You and Multitudes and supersedes all prior agreements or representations. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I trade a desktop license for a web or mobile app license?

No. Licenses are platform-specific and can’t be transferred between desktop, web, or app use.

What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices on our site are in US dollars (USD).

If I license one style now, can I upgrade to the full family later?

Yes. Any styles you’ve already licensed will be credited when you upgrade to the full family or collection.

How do upgrades work?

Add the full family or collection to your cart and enter your previous license number at checkout. Keep your receipt for future upgrades.

How do discounts work for related families?

When licensing multiple families from the same collection at once, discounts are automatically applied. Bigger bundles = bigger savings.

What’s the difference between a family, package, and collection?

A family is one typeface with multiple styles.
A package groups related families.
A collection includes all related families at a discounted price.

I’m a designer working for a client. Can we share one license?

No. Each company or individual needs their own license. You may transfer a license to your client if you remove all copies from your system.

I bought a font, but it isn’t working. What should I do?

Email multitudes.xyz@gmail.com with your order number, operating system, and the app you’re using so we can help troubleshoot.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final. Refunds are only offered if a serious technical issue can’t be resolved within 5 business days.

I bought a web or app license. Can I get desktop fonts for mockups?

No. Web and app fonts won’t work in desktop software. You can use our free trial fonts or purchase a desktop license for comps.

Which license do I need for video or broadcast?

A desktop license covering the production workstations is all you need.

Can my company customize the license terms?

Yes. Custom licensing is available for an additional administrative fee. Contact multitudes.xyz@gmail.com for details.

What if my use case isn’t covered by standard licenses?

We offer custom licenses for things like games, apps, ePubs, kiosks, merchandise, and more. Email multitudes.xyz@gmail.com to discuss.

Do you offer student discounts?

We don’t offer discounted full licenses, but students can use trial fonts for academic work and access institutional site licenses.

Can I try the fonts before buying?

Yes. Free trial fonts are available for private use, testing, client approval, or student projects.

Can I use your fonts in a logo?

Yes. Logo design is covered by a desktop license, unless the logo is used as a primary design element on merchandise for sale.
